Buying from us
Prices include everything you pay for the handset. Most of our stock is second-hand goods sold
under the VAT margin scheme, so VAT is not shown as a separate amount and a VAT invoice cannot
be issued for those items — this does not change what you pay.
Handsets graded Excellent, Good or Fair are sold in full working order and carry our warranty
from the date of delivery. Anything listed as spares or repair is sold as seen, for parts, and
is not covered by a working-order warranty.
