What we collect, and why

Your name, delivery address, email and phone number
To take your order, send your device and contact you about it. We need this to perform our contract with you.
Your order and what you bought
To provide the warranty, handle returns, and keep the accounting and VAT records the law requires of us.
Payment
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own page — we never see or hold them. We keep a payment reference so we can match a payment to an order and issue a refund.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Devices and data on them

Every device we sell is wiped before it is listed. If you return a device to us, please remove your own data and account locks first — we erase returned devices, but we cannot recover anything from one, and we will not go looking through it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for six years after the end of the accounting period they fall in, because tax law requires it. Contact details we hold only for the order are removed once they are no longer needed for that or for the warranty.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where we no longer need it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Email [EMAIL] and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The shop stores your basket in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That stays on your device, is not shared with us or anyone else, and is not used to track you. We set no advertising cookies.
